RAFT Poem

Searching for a home
We're unbound
Our home is lost, no one is found

We go on for days
Our bodys hurt
It's been a long time
Since I changed my shirt

We miss our familys
We miss our home
It feels like all we do is roam

We walk through the cold and the warm
We walk through the thunders and storms

I long to sleep in a bed
Maybe we should have stayed home instead

We've come so far
We cannot stop
Not until we have a rooftop

One day we will sit in front of a fire
Thinking of when everything was dire
