The museum of Tolerance was a once in a lifetime experience where I learned things that were very depressing and made me shed some tears. I didn't think that us humans were capable of such horror and destruction. The first thing we saw was a man laying upside down, looking like he was in pain when we were walking down the spiral stairs. Already the first thing our tour guide told us was utterly horrifying. I heard crying in words, I tasted poison, I saw pictures of innocent people who were murdered by the disgusting monsters who we supported.
As witnesses of this dark history, we need to learn from our mistakes and make sure that even though history tends to repeat itself, we never ever let something like this happen again. Everyone has the right to life and will never be wiped out. We need to share and pass on this message. Millions of Jews were murdered, millions of innocent lives were wiped out by the Germans who thought they were "gods". This historic event will not be forgotten and will not repeat itself.
